Python Integration Engineer – Azure / Kubernetes / Argo

About the Role

Join the Data Integration Team, working according to DevOps principles of continuous delivery, automation, and ownership: you design it, build it, and run it. The environment is fully based on Azure Cloud and uses a modern cloud-native architecture with Kubernetes (AKS), serverless components, and real-time and batch-driven integration patterns.

What You Will Do

• Develop and containerize Python integration services connecting systems across the ecosystem.
• Design, build, and maintain workflow-orchestrated integrations using orchestration frameworks, including Argo Workflows, to deliver scalable, observable, and reliable data and process flows.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate integration requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide consulting advice on integration patterns, workflow orchestration, best practices, and architecture options.
• Work hands-on in a DevOps environment with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Python programming proficiency, particularly for integration services and workflow development.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes; AKS is preferred.
• Solid Azure Cloud background, especially for integration and messaging workloads.
• Experience with workflow orchestration systems such as Argo Workflows, Temporal, or Airflow, and DAG-based integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolchains, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and GitOps.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics at different organizational levels.
• Consultative mindset and collaborative, team-player attitude.
