Dynamics 365 CE Lead Software Engineer with Copilot

Responsibilities

• Lead development streams for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Drive technical design decisions and implementation approaches.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Design integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio and custom agents.
• Establish engineering best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants.
• Support technical estimations and solution planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience engineering Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform solutions.
• Advanced expertise in C#/.NET.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions.
• Proven background in technical leadership and mentoring.
• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles.
• Practical experience using AI-powered productivity or development tools.
• A plus: experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents.

Nice to have

• Background in Power BI.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Industry exposure in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing.
