About the Project

The Process & Information Architecture Excellence function drives standardization, industrialization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes across global business areas and functions.

The successful candidate will define and evolve process architecture standards, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure business requirements are translated into scalable process and solution designs. The role focuses on industrialization, standardization, harmonization, and future-proofing of end-to-end business processes across the organization.

The objective is to build scalable, future-proof process frameworks that deliver year-on-year improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a strategic transformation initiative with a long-term roadmap and strong stakeholder exposure across the organization.

Responsibilities

As a Senior E2E Process Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior process owners across the organization.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end process architecture frameworks.
• Drive process standardization and harmonization initiatives.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into process requirements and functional capabilities.
• Support solution design through clear process architecture inputs.
• Drive measurable business value through process optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across business functions and global teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Process Architecture, or Business Transformation roles.
• Experience with O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and S2P (Source-to-Pay).
• Strong understanding of Shared Services and Business Hub environments.
• Experience operating in matrix and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable value creation and business outcomes.
• English at B2/C1 minimum.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement across key business value streams.
• Define, maintain, and develop process architecture principles, standards, and documentation frameworks.
• Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps aligned with industrialization and transformation objectives.
• Partner with senior process owners to drive process standardization and harmonization across business areas and global functions.
• Build and maintain a cross-functional network of process and data owners.
• Ensure process designs provide clear and actionable inputs for solution design activities.
• Translate business needs into process requirements and functional capabilities.
• Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvement opportunities linked to measurable value creation, including efficiency improvements, process quality, working capital optimization, and employee and customer experience enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and IT stakeholders to ensure scalable and sustainable process solutions.
