Description

You will develop high-quality software for healthcare devices according to medical standards, make key technology recommendations and decisions, and communicate effectively with customers and the project team to solve complex technical challenges. You will define, implement, and challenge system and component requirements and follow the technical architecture through concept, development, integration, and delivery phases while ensuring best practices and proposing improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality software for Healthcare Devices according to medical standards
  • Make key technology recommendations and decisions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate with customers and the project team to solve complex technical challenges
  • Define, implement, and challenge system and component requirements
  • Define and follow the Technical Architecture through concept, development, integration, and delivery phases
  • Ensure best practice is followed and suggest improvements as necessary

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working as an Embedded Software Engineer or similar position
  • Considerable knowledge of C/C++ and experience in Structured and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
  • Experience in embedded hardware platforms such as ARM Cortex-M or similar
  • Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering, or closely related discipline
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and aware of business needs
  • Proactive, open, reliable team player
  • Good spoken & written English
