Description

You’ll help develop and maintain products built with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. The work includes implementing new features, refactoring/optimizing existing code, integrating with external providers via APIs, and implementing simple frontend where needed. You may also prototype using technologies you’re less familiar with while still enjoying exploring.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features in both new and existing projects (developed by the team)

• Refactor and optimize existing code

• Influence the tech stack; introduce new technologies when it makes sense

• Contribute to product development and propose improvements

• Perform code reviews

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Ruby on Rails

• Mid-level experience or higher

• Communicative proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2)

• Write clean and scalable code in Ruby

• Learn new technologies

• Integrate with external providers (APIs)

• Implement simple frontend where needed

• Testing experience with RSpec
