Description

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. Work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates and play a pivotal role in the Field Engineering of all Service PKP PLK Projects, ensuring successful execution, investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical and quality issues.

Work closely with teams across the business, including Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support, and spearhead the pilot maintenance of ERTMS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and maintenance of ERTMS ETCS and onboard solutions, with particular focus on ERTMS in Poland.
  • Pilot ERTMS maintenance initiatives, ensuring high standards of service and reliability.
  • Use intermediate Windows and Linux knowledge to manage and troubleshoot systems.
  • Apply intermediate electronics knowledge to maintain and improve engineering operations.
  • Use ETH and MPLS transmission networks to ensure robust, secure data communication.
  • Execute precise measurement techniques for comprehensive system analysis and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations.
  • Knowledge of ERTMS ETCS and onboard solutions.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical and quality issues.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of electronics.
  • Understanding of ETH and MPLS transmission networks.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques.
  • SEP qualifications.
  • Adaptability and readiness for frequent business trips.
