About the Resilience Group

The Resilience Group ensures the platform remains available and restores service quickly when issues occur. Its work advances agentic incident response and AI SRE across three areas:

  • Traffic Shaping: tooling that helps service owners contain unusual usage patterns and traffic spikes that could destabilize the platform.
  • Observability: tools that enable engineers to raise alerts, inspect issues, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents faster.
  • Reliability Engineering: tooling and practices that help teams operate services by combining software engineering and DevOps expertise.

About the Role

  • Own platform availability, incident-response speed, and reduction of production incidents.
  • Identify platform bottlenecks and lead systematic solutions, such as improving observability coverage and detection rates.
  • Partner with the Group Tech Lead to define technical strategy and translate it into actionable work scopes for each team.
  • Manage and develop Team Leaders, supporting their growth and cross-team alignment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of platform architecture, usage patterns, and product context to identify the next problems to solve.
  • Own and improve incident-response practices, including tooling, escalation paths, post-mortems, and preventative mechanisms.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, including microservices environments, infrastructure and application reliability, and trade-offs across observability, safety mechanisms, and operational tooling.
  • Deep SRE or production-engineering background, with interest in agentic SRE, agentic incident response, and AI-assisted operations.
  • Senior engineering-management experience, including managing Team Leaders and Senior Technical Leaders in complex technical domains.
  • Ability to account for system and organizational constraints and deliver practical engineering solutions.
  • Familiarity with observability best practices, traffic management, and production reliability at scale.
  • Experience owning end-to-end reliability programs, including defining what should be built and why.

Interview Process

  • Initial 20–30 minute conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Technical stages: system-design and end-to-end interviews, one hour each.
  • Final in-person stages: Management Interview and HR Interview, approximately one hour each.

Salary & Compensation

  • Total target monthly compensation: 73,000–80,000 PLN.
  • Package includes base salary, target bonus, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • Bonus target and RSU grant are discretionary, based on individual and company performance, and subject to Board approval and the equity plan.
  • Compensation may change as the stock price varies. Benefits availability and terms may vary by role, contract type, and policy.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and eligibility for the equity incentive program for some roles.
  • Free office breakfast and lunch from Monday to Wednesday.
  • Private medical care, life insurance, and a Multisport card.
  • Access to the Calm Mindfulness App.
  • Partner-product and service discounts.
  • Team events and gifts for birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Learning and development opportunities, including AI tools and workshops.
  • Diversity, inclusion, and belonging resources through Employee Resource Groups.
