QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid experience in software testing, a good understanding of testing methodologies, Quality Assurance practices, and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC). The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicates openly, and is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with development teams.

This role requires practical experience with programming languages such as C++, C, and Python, advanced English skills at C1 level, and experience in the automotive domain.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in software testing
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in test automation in the automotive sector
• Hands-on experience in applying testing techniques
• Strong, practical experience with C++, C, and Python
• Experience in analysis of customer needs
• Proven experience with test case design
• Experience in reporting complex bugs/issues
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and Agile mindset concepts
• Advanced English skills at C1 level, both spoken and written
• Fluent Polish skills, both spoken and written

Compensation range

• Employment contract: 8,000–10,000 PLN gross
• B2B contract: 65–80 PLN net/hour
