Join the Technical Services Product Engineering team, supporting internal applications, dashboards, and automation tools for global Customer Experience teams. This hands-on role focuses on building and maintaining automated test solutions while using exploratory testing to uncover issues that automation may miss. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites, regression tests, and automation frameworks for internal applications.
  • Support continuous delivery by collaborating with engineering teams on effective testing strategies and reliable test environments.
  • Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and issues that automated tests may miss.
  • Use AI coding agents to automate repetitive test scenarios and improve testing efficiency.
  • Investigate and document bugs in JIRA and Xray, going beyond symptoms to identify potential root causes.
  • Work closely with developers and internal users throughout the development lifecycle, providing early feedback and helping ensure new features meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA engineering, software development, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium or WebdriverIO, and the Page Object Model (POM).
  • Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA and Git.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and test management tools such as Xray.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and hands-on approach to investigating technical issues.
  • Understanding of software logic, data structures, and complex applications.
  • Interest in AI-powered development tools; experience using or willingness to learn coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to improving quality and testing processes.
