IT Project Manager (ServiceNow)

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in delivering software implementation projects, particularly within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Plan project scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication.
• Monitor project progress, risks and project documentation.
• Support Agile delivery, including work planning in ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP).
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
