About the Project

We are continuing a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation program focused on building, expanding, and stabilizing a future enterprise platform landscape. The environment is hybrid and includes SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP GRC, and CloudALM, with a focus on the cloud integration roadmap.

Job Responsibilities

BTP & Integration Focus

• Manage, monitor, and activate SAP BTP services and environments.
• Drive setup, administration, and monitoring within SAP Integration Suite.
• Oversee system connections, web services, and hybrid cloud-to-on-premise integration scenarios.

Core Operations & System Readiness

• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations across the SAP landscape, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, GRC, and CloudALM.
• Conduct system monitoring, alert handling, performance tuning, and stabilization.
• Perform transport management, including routing, imports, and redeployments; implement SAP Notes and install add-ons.
• Execute system and client copies, including full re-establishment of interfaces and connections.
• Support output management, printer administration, email, and archive integrations.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Support technical SAP Basis strategy, upgrade assessments, and release planning.
• Manage Firefighter user setup in SAP GRC, data lifecycle and archiving, and license measurements.
• Assist with security audits and compliance responses.

Expectations

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP Basis or System Administration Consultant.
• Deep hands-on technical experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.
• Proven practical experience with SAP BTP service activation, administration, and monitoring, as well as SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong background in system lifecycle management, transport routes, system copies, and performance optimization.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BTP Extensions, cloud development concepts, or hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs and collaboration with external service providers.
