About the Project

We are seeking Senior SAP CRM Consultants to join the team in Q4. You will deliver expert implementation, optimization, and integration of the CRM/CX portfolio into enterprise SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes to streamline core business processes.

• Timezone: EMEA region (EU Citizenship / Work Permit required)

• Duration: 12 months (with extension potential)

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize SAP CRM On-Premise / CX solutions and integrate them with SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
• Build and enhance custom solutions using CRM ABAP (WebClient UI / BSP, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework) and extend standard objects.
• Develop core business processes, including Account & Contact Management, Activities, and Service Processes.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot CRM Middleware configuration and data replication across SAP systems.
• Perform advanced ABAP debugging to rapidly isolate and resolve technical, middleware, and integration issues.

Expectations

• Hands-on expertise in CRM ABAP development (WebClient UI, BOL/GenIL, One Order framework).
• In-depth knowledge of standard SAP CRM On-Premise processes (Account/Contact, Activities, Service).
• Solid experience with CRM Middleware and data synchronization with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Strong ABAP debugging skills to resolve complex performance and replication issues.
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP CRM implementations or long-running support/rollout projects.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: experience with modern SAP CX suite integrations or UI tools (SAP Fiori, OData, UI5), SAP CRM or ABAP certifications, and German language skills.
