Senior Power Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement delivery team. You will work on enterprise-level projects focused on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Field Service, Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform, designing, developing and customizing scalable business solutions. The role involves hands-on development across the Power Platform stack, including Power Apps, as well as contributing to integrations, solution architecture and overall solution quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and a strong technical background with 5+ years of software development experience, or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement suite, including configuration, customization and solution design
• Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other Microsoft and third-party applications
• Strong knowledge of Azure and other Microsoft cloud technologies
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Lifecycle Services and Data Migration Framework
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Power Automate
• Strong C# and JavaScript development skills for D365
• Strong analytical ability to resolve complex challenges and deliver practical solutions, with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a technical team

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
• Pre-sales experience
• Power BI knowledge

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps solutions
• Design solution architecture and provide consulting for D365 CE and Power Platform implementations
