Senior Power Platform & Automation Engineer

About the Role

Join a team delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives powered by Microsoft technologies. The role combines Power Platform administration and governance with hands-on development, automation, DevOps, and AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Power Platform environments, ensuring security, governance, and performance
• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot
• Administer connectors, integrations, data flows, and platform standards
• Support Azure DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, Git repositories, and Infrastructure as Code (YAML, Terraform, Bicep)
• Work with Azure services, including App Services and Azure Functions
• Troubleshoot and improve applications, workflows, and automations
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive platform adoption

What You Bring

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and deployment automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
• Based in Poland
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic projects with evolving requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience supporting SharePoint-based solutions
• Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
