Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP ERP integration area escalated from other departments.
• Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving technical issues; provide clear, timely, detailed explanations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with technologies, tools, and features relevant to resolving issues efficiently and delivering ongoing product improvements.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and relevant technical information to improve future troubleshooting and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of ongoing personal and professional growth.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Polish and English for communication with an international team and customers.
• Solid general understanding of technology and comfort working in technical environments.
• Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
• Ability to solve complex problems and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Keen attention to detail when diagnosing technical issues.
• Customer-focused approach and understanding of clear, effective support.
• Previous experience with any mentioned ERP is a plus.
