Presales Engineer

Description

Develop connectivity and communication solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and pain points and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to support the sales process.
• Support the sales team in developing the sales process.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams.
• Respond to requests for proposals and RFIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Understanding of complex network environments of telecommunications operators.
• Understanding of network-management protocols, internet protocols, and modern technologies used by CSP customers (communication service providers).
• Fluency in Polish and English; Spanish is welcome.
• Readiness to travel and work with customers in the field during discovery and PoC phases.
• Experience in a similar role or proven experience selling complex B2B software.
