Senior Fullstack Engineer (.net+react)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain treasury and financing applications using C# and .NET.
• Build scalable APIs and services processing trade, financing, and liquidity data.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into production solutions.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Drive engineering best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps adoption.
• Support and improve production systems through incident investigation, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, platform modernization, and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple regions and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of software engineering experience with C# and .NET in financial services environments.
• Experience building enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with React or another modern frontend framework.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with automated testing and TDD practices.
• Understanding of microservices, Docker, observability, and software architecture patterns.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven background supporting and improving production applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

• Treasury, financing, or trading systems experience.
• Experience working in globally distributed engineering teams.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps environments.
