Engineers pair program, conduct code reviews, and work in Scrumban, deploying new features every two weeks or sooner.

Locations & Flexible Working

The main office is in Bankside, London, with additional tech teams in Poland and Ukraine. The office is particularly social on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with regular team drinks, celebrations, and five-a-side football.

  • Improve observability with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Grafana; keep alerting meaningful.
  • Contribute to environment standardisation, networking and private connectivity, certificate and DNS management, and cloud-cost optimisation.

  • Strong Microsoft Azure knowledge across compute, networking, SQL, and identity.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform; Terragrunt is a plus.
  • CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience; Azure DevOps preferred.
  • Docker and container-based deployment experience.
  • Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL administration and performance troubleshooting experience.
  • PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting skills.
  • Fluent English and comfort working in a fast-moving scale-up.
