E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) standalone website (Shopify) and Amazon store, ensuring smooth and efficient operational workflows across digital storefronts.
• Customer Experience Management: Handle daily customer service inquiries via email and proactively respond to platform reviews to maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Daily Store Audits: Conduct regular walk-through checks of the Shopify website and Amazon store to quickly identify, report, and resolve online faults or technical issues.
• Order Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment process, address shipping exceptions and logistics delays, and manage returns and refunds.
• E-commerce Merchandising: Support promotional activities by updating product listings, configuring pricing, and refreshing page content.
• Product Data Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of product information across both platforms, including SKUs, descriptions, and imagery.
• Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with backend tasks, including PSI system data entry, invoice uploading, and financial reconciliation.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce operations or customer service role.
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify backend is required.
• English at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to communicate effectively by phone and email and independently manage English-language product materials.
• Strong proficiency in standard office software: MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, patient, and detail-oriented mindset, with strong execution skills, self-drive, and willingness to learn and grow.
