Mid Fullstack Developer (Python + React)

Role Overview

We're looking for two experienced Fullstack Developers to join a HealthTech project for the next year. The product uses AI to assess the mental health state of individuals based on conversations conducted with them — a project with real, positive impact on people's wellbeing, combining cutting-edge technology with mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the application using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Contribute to the integration and development of components related to voice recognition / speech processing
• Work on features leveraging AI models to analyze conversational data
• Participate in solution architecture design and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with the development team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Python
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript
• Ability to work with REST APIs and design backend architecture
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with good engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, and code review
• Experience in AI/ML projects or Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Nice to have

• Experience with voice recognition / speech-to-text, e.g. Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, or Deepgram
