Project Manager (Korean Speaker)

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and investigate new project requirements and prepare project plans.
  • Assess risks and propose mitigations.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver products at the required quality.
  • Manage large project teams or multiple sub-teams, including programmers, artists, game designers, and QA.
  • Identify and clarify team goals and align expectations between stakeholders.
  • Manage communication within the team, across company departments, and with client-side contacts.
  • Manage and plan team capacity.
  • Conduct team meetings and provide reports.
  • Work with leads to track team performance.
  • Support team growth through regular feedback and Career Development Plans.
  • Conduct project interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience working across all project phases, from idea to release, and adapting methodologies to the project phase and team size.
  • Experience working with external clients and building collaborative, trusted relationships.
  • Ability to distinguish critical priorities, create plans, set priorities, assess risks, and track tasks through completion.
  • Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English.
  • Native Korean speaker.
  • Experience in game development.
