Description

Join an international project in the Pharma & Life Sciences sector focused on developing modern technology solutions supporting biosample-data processes.

The Portal is a platform that integrates data related to human biosamples from clinical and non-clinical trials, as well as other biosample-related data, including study data, subject data, and reference data.

The platform provides FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) biosample data from clinical and non-clinical sources. It supports Pharma Biosample Services by providing enriched, clean data and enabling more efficient data flows. The data is used for operational and analytical purposes, supporting processes such as sample data flow, quality control, and data search.

Data extracted and transformed by the system is made available to scientists through the Biosample Portal, a visualization tool that enables users to search for biosamples stored across internal and external repositories.
