Career paths

Capital Markets Technology Analyst – Front Office Track (Murex FO/MLC)

You are: A moderately experienced professional with initial exposure to capital markets, investment funds, trade lifecycle, or trading support who wants to transition into Front-Office-focused Murex consulting.

What you will do

• Support Front Office-related processes, including trade capture, pricing, booking, and validation.
• Learn and work with Murex Front Office and Simulation workflows.
• Analyze pricing parameters, market data, curves, and valuation components.
• Participate in Murex Front Office configuration, testing, and product onboarding.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and Front Office support teams.
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis across FX, Rates, Credit, and EQD asset classes.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of experience in capital markets operations, trading support, middle office, or investment funds.
• Understanding of Front Office concepts such as pricing, market data, P&L, and Greeks is desirable.
• Familiarity with derivatives or structured products is a strong plus.
• Technical curiosity; SQL, Excel, and XML are beneficial.

Murex Reporting Analyst

You are: An individual with experience in reporting, regulatory reporting, finance operations, data analysis, or capital markets operations who wants to specialize in Murex reporting solutions and data-extraction processes supporting Front Office, Risk, and Finance functions.

What you will do

• Learn and work with Murex reporting frameworks and reporting tools.
• Support the design, configuration, and testing of operational, risk, and regulatory reports.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Work with Murex data models, reporting datasets, and data-extraction processes.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver reporting capabilities.
• Participate in reporting transformation and migration projects for Tier 1 banks.
• Support reconciliation, data-quality controls, and report-validation activities.
• Assist with regulatory and management reporting across multiple asset classes.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of experience in reporting, regulatory reporting, finance operations, capital markets operations, data analysis, or related areas.
• Understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle concepts.
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, or business intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, XML, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data-visualization tools.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting, risk reporting, or capital-markets platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Kondor, or Summit is desirable.
