The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and technology-driven changes.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teamsTranslate business needs into clear specifications for technical teamsSupport end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementationConduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel)Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect managementSupport change management activities, including documentation and training materialsMonitor project progress and assist in risk and issue managementFacilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communicationRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial servicesExperience in developing digital banking applicationStrong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulationsExperience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projectsAbility to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectivelyKnowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiativesKnowledge of payments, lending, or capital marketsUnderstanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum)ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPSScreening call with the RecruiterCompetencies interview with Capco Hiring ManagerClient’s interviewFeedback/Offer#LI-HYBRID
