Business Analyst with Visiona (Polish is mandatory)

We are looking for a Poland-based candidate.

Capco is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant (or Business Analyst providing consulting services) to support client engagements within the Business Consulting practice. You will collaborate with leading banking clients on large-scale card migration initiatives, translating business needs into practical solutions and supporting successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

This engagement is ideal for a Business Analysis Consultant with strong cards domain expertise, proven experience delivering migration projects, and working knowledge of the Visiona card issuing system.

What You'll Do

• Configure and parameterise the Visiona card issuing platform to support business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and propose effective system-based solutions within Visiona to address business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and refine business and system requirements for new capabilities and process improvements.
• Design and document business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications supporting card issuing solutions.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers, and other analysts to ensure consistent solution design and successful delivery.
• Support testing activities, validate system configuration, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience providing Business Analysis services within banking or financial services, with a strong focus on cards.
• Demonstrated experience delivering card migration or transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of Visiona.
• Strong experience in requirements engineering, business process modelling, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
• Fluency in both English and Polish.
