Senior AI System Engineer

Description

• Act as a trusted AI architect and consultant for enterprise clients, turning ideas into robust, production-ready solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments.
• Design and own end-to-end LLM and multi-agent architectures, including vector-based RAG pipelines, document-processing workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous decision frameworks.
• Create and publish libraries using local, on-device models.
• Create and publish design papers with the Ph.D. team.
• Build cloud-native AI infrastructure on AWS or equivalent platforms such as Cloudflare or GCP, with security, governance, and cost optimization.
• Define and implement AI governance and monitoring, including bias detection, drift tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and create custom open-source and commercial models.
• Contribute to the open-source community through internal R&D initiatives.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies.
• Mentor engineers through tech talks, code reviews, and architectural workshops.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and shipping production AI systems, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal systems.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Fluent Python skills and comfort with TypeScript.
• Vector search and RAG pipeline expertise, including embedding selection, chunking, and retrieval tuning.
• Experience designing multi-agent orchestration.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and MLOps.
• Ability to benchmark, profile, and optimize prompt token usage and GPU utilization.
• English communication skills at B2+ level.
• Proactive, self-driven, collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge.
