UI/UX Researcher

Join the client’s product development team and help decode player behavior for digital lottery and gaming initiatives. Focus on gathering deep user insights, running evaluation studies, and helping deliver intuitive, data-driven player experiences in next-generation online lottery systems.

Our expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX research, market research, or a related role
• Practical experience working alongside design teams with tools such as Figma and Zeplin
• Portfolio or real-world examples demonstrating applied research methodologies
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Key tasks

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to define key research objectives
• Recommend appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods based on project goals, timelines, and business constraints
• Plan and execute end-to-end research activities, including developing discussion guides, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials
• Gather user feedback to uncover needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points, using evidence to guide confidence in design decisions
• Maintain and organize research findings in a centralized repository while contributing to standardized research documentation processes
