Your Role

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, you will help shape and evolve enterprise identity security solutions with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design secure, scalable architectures, improve identity governance processes, and support modernization initiatives. You will contribute to the development of access management strategies, promote Zero Trust principles, and provide technical guidance to project teams while helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

Your Task

  • Define and develop IAM and PAM architecture strategies aligned with business and security objectives.
  • Assess existing identity and access management environments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into architecture designs and solution blueprints.
  • Lead IAM and PAM assessments, maturity reviews, and roadmap creation.
  • Design identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and privileged access solutions.
  • Support the implementation of Zero Trust and modern access governance practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to IAM specialists and project teams.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Experience designing security or IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of IAM/PAM technologies such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, or Ping Identity.
  • Understanding of security architecture frameworks, including TOGAF, SABSA, or similar approaches.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their identity models.
  • Familiarity with information security principles, Zero Trust concepts, and access governance practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
