Team Leader for Penetration Test Coordination Team

Within the EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office, part of the IT Directorate of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will be part of the EMEA Ethical Hacking team. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of pentest campaigns for CIB EMEA across applications, APIs, infrastructure and mobile services, contributing to the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities and the overall security level of CIB.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the EMEA pentest coordination team to plan and track all CIB EMEA pentests based on the annual Book of Work.
• Collaborate directly and frequently with CIB pentest services in India to ensure delivery, quality, technical reviews and coordination.
• Oversee and maintain the highest quality in reporting tools, ensuring and controlling EMEA pentest compliance with CIB internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit reporting; follow KPIs, KRIs and controls requested by CIB internal procedures to provide stakeholder visibility and contribute to audit readiness.
• Oversee EMEA pentest third-party contracts, consolidation and consumption; assist with new contracts to ensure appropriate budget use aligned with CIB EMEA needs and priorities.

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of experience in a similar project management or service delivery position.
• Strong service delivery and team management experience in worldwide organizations.
• Strong cybersecurity practice experience, preferably in pentesting or pentest coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience implementing international processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage or facilitate meetings and committees.
• Ability to work effectively with teams in multiple countries and manage services dependent on multi-country teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field.
