Step into a key leadership role as the M365 Workplace Manager (f/m), blending strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise. Shape the future roadmap and drive initiatives that elevate the digital workplace while ensuring seamless, stable system performance and high-quality, transparent change management.

Lead diverse workplace teams across Europe and global locations including China, Malaysia, Poland, Switzerland, and the US. Hold strategic responsibility for collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, endpoint management covering notebooks, mobile devices, and virtual desktops, and the asset management team responsible for critical applications such as Adobe and Microsoft products.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and day-to-day management of all digital workplace services.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy encompassing device management, collaboration platforms, and IT asset oversight.
  • Ensure the secure and reliable operation of laptops, mobile phones, and virtual desktops while facilitating effective teamwork using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including critical applications such as Adobe and Microsoft products.
  • Collaborate closely with global IT teams to align projects with business objectives and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing user experience, increasing service reliability, and encouraging broader adoption of digital tools.
  • Monitor service performance, manage budgets prudently, and provide regular updates to leadership.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service management, with expertise in digital workplace technologies and team leadership.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management, such as Intune and SCCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint management and collaboration platforms, particularly in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including management of diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong communication skills to support and coordinate with global teams.
  • A disciplined approach to ITIL-aligned processes.

Recruitment Process
