Project Scope

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines using SSIS, MDX, SQL, and OLAP cubes.
• Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets.
• Develop interactive reports based on business requirements.
• Optimize existing data models to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, data models, and solution designs.

Competence Demands

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BI, data, or SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including SQL Server.
• Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions.
• Good knowledge of Polish and English.
• Experience with Power BI, Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Lake is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or working with clients is a plus.
