Senior Linux Engineer

Rate: Up to 160 PLN/h net + VAT

Work model: Hybrid — 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies for self-healing platform capabilities.
• Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and procedures for end users, engineers, and architects.
• Collaborate effectively within the SAFE SCRUM framework.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and system-administration support.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Required skills & experience

• Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+ environments; RHCSA certification is a strong plus.
• Experience with Google Compute Engine and migrations from VMware to GCE.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Satellite for patch management and automation.
• High proficiency in Bash scripting and dynamic programming languages, including Python and Perl.
• Extensive experience with configuration-management tools, particularly Ansible.
• Proficiency with software-development tools including Git and Jira.
• Experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies; SAFE SCRUM experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with an innovative mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English for technical documentation and team collaboration.
