Project Description
Creating innovative digital products for a large global company, from the requirements stage through UX/UI, development, and deployment. The role also supports the operations of the company’s main website, which serves millions of users regularly.
Work is performed with a diverse, international team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Execute functional, non-functional, new-feature, regression, and smoke testing for web projects.
- Analyze requirements.
- Write and maintain test documentation.
- Raise bug reports and create and maintain test cases and checklists.
- Work closely with software developers, designers, and other team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in SCRUM meetings, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions with QAs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality-assurance process.
- Estimate current activities and report results to the team and QA Lead.
- Act as a proactive team member.
- Suggest process improvements to increase product quality and team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools.
- Experience writing clear, concise bug reports, test cases, and checklists.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Technical Skills
- Web and mobile QA.
- Jira.
- Automation tools.
- Cloud experience with Azure.
Additional Expectations
- Strong ownership and independence; may be the only QA dedicated to a development team.
- Effective collaboration with developers and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience and interest in automation, including the use of AI.
- Fluent English for communication with the development team and customer, including negotiation of test strategy, scope, and acceptance.
