OT/IoT Security SME

Your Role

You will help organizations strengthen the security of their Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. As an OT Security Consultant, you will assess industrial infrastructures, design secure architectures, and support the implementation of security solutions that protect critical operations. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to balance cybersecurity requirements with operational continuity, contributing to complex transformation and security improvement initiatives across industrial environments.

Your Task

• Assess OT and ICS environments and identify security risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct OT security maturity assessments and define security roadmaps
• Design and implement secure OT security architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Support the deployment and optimization of OT monitoring and threat detection solutions
• Advise on secure integration between OT and IT environments
• Design and implement secure remote access solutions for industrial systems
• Support network segmentation initiatives and the adoption of Zero Trust principles in OT environments
• Collaborate with security operations teams on threat detection, incident analysis, and response activities
• Provide technical consulting and guidance throughout complex industrial cybersecurity programs

Your Profile

• Experience in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), or industrial cybersecurity environments
• Strong understanding of OT ecosystems, industrial networks, and OT/IT integration
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies across enterprise and industrial environments
• Knowledge of secure remote access solutions and infrastructure within OT landscapes
• Experience with OT security monitoring platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, or similar solutions
• Solid background in infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, servers, and system administration
• Experience in incident response, threat detection, and security monitoring activities
• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective security solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA, or equivalent security certifications will be an advantage

Need to know

This role involves working with critical industrial and operational environments where security and business continuity are equally important.

You may support international clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Depending on project requirements, occasional travel may be required.
