Fullstack Developer (Python/React)

In collaboration with a leading company in the aviation industry, develop software for internal use.

You will join a team of engineers and client-side specialists. You will implement new features in a recently released product and contribute to its further evolution. Beyond feature development, you will help shape the system architecture, introduce quality improvements, and promote engineering best practices and standards across the project.

The client team is based in the UK. Collaboration takes place remotely and during occasional short business trips.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software used in the aviation industry within an international environment
  • Ensure high quality through best practices, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to application architecture design and technical decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in meetings with the client and Product Owner
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Python and React
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and Material-UI
  • Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications using microservices and cloud deployment
  • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect the application with backend services
  • Experience with modern development tools: Git, CI/CD, and Jenkins
  • Very good written and spoken English (B2+/C1); daily team collaboration is in English
  • Polish fluency (minimum B2)
  • Good communication skills, openness, self-reliance, determination, and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel to the UK every 2–3 months for short, single-day business trips

Nice to Have

  • Experience building serverless applications with AWS Lambda
  • Knowledge of Java
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Professional experience using AI/LLM-powered tools, such as ChatGPT with IntelliJ, Copilot, or OpenCode
