SAP Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an SAP EWM Functional Consultant to support a client in the aerospace sector. You will work in an industrial environment and a multifunctional team located in France, Spain, Germany, Poland and India for a major aeronautical manufacturer.

You will design, implement, optimize and support SAP EWM as well as ECC WM, MM and SD modules to customize and optimize inventory, warehouse and supply-chain management processes. You will analyze user needs, propose adapted solutions by configuring SAP systems or describing bespoke developments through specifications, and ensure their proper functioning.

Cooperation is available only to people with EU citizenship who are located in Poland and willing to commute to the Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis: collect and analyze user needs within supply-chain management.
• Solution design: propose technical and functional solutions using SAP EWM and/or ECC WM/MM/SD.
• Design logistics flows in SAP.
• Configuration and deployment: configure EWM and/or ECC WM/MM/SD modules according to business needs.
• Participate in testing phases for configurations and specific developments.
• Documentation: write functional and technical specifications (US/Features).
• Training and support: train end users on new features and processes.

Qualifications

Must-have requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in Logistics.
• Experience with the EWM module, functional or technical.
• Expertise in SAP ECC WM/MM/SD modules.
• SAP configuration experience.
• Knowledge of logistics flows, stock management and warehouses.
• Specification writing experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Strong can-do attitude and good communication skills.
• English at B2/C1 level.
• Openness to occasional business trips abroad and visits to the Katowice office.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience working in Agile, SAFe and Scrum.

Salary Range

• UoP: 18,000–24,000 PLN gross per month
• B2B: 135–210 PLN net per hour
