Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer.

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with 3 days per week from an office in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk. This setup provides flexibility while supporting in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services to support complex business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure maintainability and adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of delivered features.
• Work with messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns to support distributed architectures.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade backend applications.
• Solid knowledge of Spring Security for authentication, authorization, and secure application design.
• Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs according to industry best practices.
• Proficiency with SQL databases, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data modeling.
• Experience writing reliable, maintainable tests using JUnit or similar testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Angular or React, including component-based architecture and state management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an international Agile team.
• English proficiency at B2+ level, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Terraform experience for infrastructure as code and automated cloud-resource provisioning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its core services.
• Python knowledge for scripting, automation, or secondary application development.
• Hibernate ORM experience for object-relational mapping and database interaction in Java applications.
• AWS cloud services experience, particularly Lambda, ECS, and DynamoDB, for cloud-native application development and deployment.
