The Work

As a Data & Analytics Consultant within the Enterprise Performance & Analysis practice, you will design intelligence solutions that support enterprise decision-making. Your core mission will be to combine data and AI-driven insights with practical business strategy.

  • Architect and deploy self-service reporting solutions, including generative and agentic AI copilots embedded in the user experience.
  • Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to clarify complex data landscapes, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and co-create roadmaps.
  • Bridge business ambition and technical reality by translating user stories into functional designs integrating real-time streaming data, cloud-native warehouses, and modern semantic layers.
  • Craft data models that act as a single source of truth, powering personalized dashboards and algorithmic decision engines supporting business processes.

Flexible Work

Work is delivered mostly remotely; however, willingness and ability to work at client locations, primarily across Europe and occasionally in other locations, for short- or long-term assignments is required. The role also includes in-person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship building with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Qualification

  • Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking focused on defining innovative solutions.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline such as finance or economics, and/or computer science.
  • Working knowledge of leading front-end business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, predictive analytics concepts, and data-visualization methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions—AWS, Azure, or GCP—and their native analytics services.
  • Interest in and familiarity with agentic AI concepts and embedding them into analytics workflows.
  • Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking directed at defining innovative solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional-level English; German and French are advantages.
