M365 & Windows Infrastructure Administrator (m/f/d)

You will work in a hybrid IT environment, helping keep it secure, scalable, and future-ready. The role combines daily operations with strategic IT projects, including infrastructure migrations and new cloud deployments.

What to expect from us

• Contribute to and lead internal projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows infrastructure.
• Manage and continuously develop Windows servers, SQL servers, and the Hyper-V virtualization platform.
• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and security configurations.
• Plan and implement infrastructure and system migrations to Azure and Microsoft cloud services.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex client, server, and cloud issues, with direct end-user interaction.
• Provide technical support for the Microsoft Business Central 365 ERP system and collaboration tools.
• Participate actively in incident, problem, and change management; maintain documentation and monitoring; and improve security standards.

What defines you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, completed vocational training such as IT specialist for system integration, or a degree in IT/computer science.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, modern ITSM tools, and monitoring systems.
• Interest in project-based work and the ability to structure timelines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and team spirit.
• Fluent German, solid technical English, and a valid Class B driver’s license.
