Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer I (Mobile), you will help shape mobile experiences that are user-friendly, innovative, and useful. You will collaborate with product management, designers, and engineers to create unified, valuable mobile experiences for service professionals.

Availability between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM CET is required for collaboration with US-based stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Create products that improve users’ lives, serving 75,000 unique daily users with a 4.6-star App Store rating
  • Design simple, beautiful mobile-centric product experiences that make a measurable difference in users’ daily lives
  • Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals
  • Facilitate and participate in user research and testing; synthesize findings to continually improve the work
  • Shape and expand user experience, interactions, and interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes
  • Present and communicate concepts and design rationale to team members and stakeholders
  • Innovate and strengthen design principles and repeatable patterns
  • Bring new mobile experiences and next-generation interfaces to the team and customers
  • Provide guidelines and documentation for teams building the product to support a polished, easy-to-use release
  • Drive team efficiency or output quality through strategic use of AI tools and automation

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
  • Expertise in best-in-class mobile design patterns, including interactivity, motion, and accessibility
  • Portfolio highlighting design patterns and product architecture you created or substantially contributed to
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and AI prototyping and exploration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction-design best practices
  • Experience collaborating in agile product teams
  • Proven experience using AI tools and automation strategically to improve team efficiency or output quality
  • Fluency in Polish and English
