Senior 2nd Level Support Engineer (MongoDB) with German

What you'll do

• Support enterprise MongoDB production environments
• Investigate incidents and performance issues
• Monitor infrastructure health and system availability
• Perform MongoDB administration, including backup, restore, failover, and patching
• Handle operational changes and releases
• Work closely with infrastructure, storage, and application teams
• Participate in the upcoming MongoDB v7 to v8 migration
• Join an on-call rotation outside business hours

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience supporting MongoDB in production
• Linux administration experience; RHEL preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in L2 Support, Operations, or Production Support
• German proficiency at B2+/C1 level
• English for international collaboration
