The Role

Hybrid work setup — office in Kraków as required.

This is a Junior Project Manager opportunity for someone starting a project management career under the mentorship of a more experienced Project Manager. You will gain hands-on experience coordinating small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients, developing client communication, Agile delivery, and project documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 1–3 small to mid-sized IT projects for Polish and international clients under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager.
  • Act as a client contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and positive working relationships.
  • Assist with defining project requirements and preparing documentation, including user stories and basic project plans.
  • Support task organization and alignment with Agile methodologies in collaboration with team members.
  • Prepare project reports, update documentation, and support billing processes as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination or a related role in a Software House environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong Polish and English communication skills, minimum C1 level.
  • Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and willingness to learn best practices.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with IT project development, preferably mobile projects.
  • Experience working directly with clients, particularly in cross-cultural or international settings.
  • Interest in IT development, software project management, and emerging technology.
  • Availability to work from the Kraków office as required.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Technical background or relevant IT experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and curiosity about delivery innovations.
