Product Owner

Description

As a Product Owner, you will drive product development initiatives from a business perspective and ensure the successful implementation of new features and modules.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction or renewal of new modules and functions on a project basis
• Ensure product implementation and operation align with business objectives
• Manage the business side of developments
• Identify, prioritize, and specify business needs
• Manage and continuously maintain the product backlog
• Collaborate daily with the development team and set task priorities
• Consult with stakeholders and manage feedback
• Validate the business suitability of delivered features
• Perform job-related tasks as specified by the supervisor

Scope of authority

• Determine functional priorities
• Determine backlog content and order
• Accept or reject functions from a business perspective
• Prepare decisions on delivery scope

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and prioritization abilities
• Experience working closely with software development teams
• Proactive mindset and passion for creating customer-centric solutions
