Project Administrator

Mid • Remote

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introduction of new initiatives to the program.
  • Manage communication with community members, support membership queries, offer opportunities, and connect members with relevant audiences.
  • Create, maintain, and update project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
  • Collect feedback and program data; analyze it; and prepare and present insights and results to the Program Lead.
  • Build documentation, playbooks, and content for communities.
  • Support the team in administrative operations and metric analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience, with excellent coordination skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Skills in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including program managers and community members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, including using functions to process and manage information and data.
  • Background in marketing and communications, including writing engaging newsletters and creating compelling content for community engagement platforms.
  • English level: C1 writing and speaking.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a member or lead of a community, such as a developer community, student organization, non-governmental organization, or charity organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  • Familiarity with an environment using only Google Workspace products: Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail.
  • Marketing and graphic content creation skills.
