Data Experience Team

The Cloud Data Services team owns and operates systems used for log delivery, analytics, reporting, and alerting. These systems receive over 7 PB of data per day and process over 5 trillion records per day. The code helps run one of the largest distributed systems in the world.

Role

Develop applications and services that empower customers. Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain services that provide customer-facing reports and alerts. These features are vital for understanding and optimizing product performance and consumption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate backend systems and frontend applications.
• Partner with product management, architects, and engineering teams to build features that help customers understand their products and performance.
• Solve complex problems accurately and on time through development, automation, and systems programming.
• Work in a cross-functional team where quality and availability are key capabilities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Java and the Spring framework.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, JavaScript and Angular.
• Proficiency in API design, development, security, and management.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
