SAP FICO Engineering Manager

We are looking for a SAP FICO Engineering Manager who combines business and people management experience with strong functional expertise in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate has held positions such as Head of Unit, Practice Head, or Head of Center of Excellence (COE), and has participated in pre-sales activities as well as client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overseeing all SAP FICO operations
  • Build, lead, and nurture high-performance FICO teams across global locations
  • Lead and support the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation
  • Drive global strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth of the discipline
  • Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
  • Handle direct customer relations regarding delivery, team performance, project timelines, and schedules
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP FICO, ensuring adherence to best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP FICO and leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, with direct experience in customer-facing roles
  • Outstanding leadership skills, first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities, and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher)
