Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key business users to gather relevant requirements.
• Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance.
• Participate in business workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard analysis.
• Configure and customize functionality in compliance with customer business and industry specifics.
• Prepare project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users.
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Expertise in finance integration with core upstream modules such as SD, MM and WM.
• Familiarity with Payroll integration within finance processes.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and controlling configuration, including bank accounting, cash management and asset management.
• Familiarity with project systems and project accounting configuration.
• Capability to execute and facilitate workshops and lead onshore and offshore teams.
• Client-facing consulting skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Passion for finance transformation and benefit delivery.
• Desire to contribute to the finance team and SAP practice strategy.
• Flexibility to travel.
• English level of B2+.
