SAP FICO Engineering Manager

Description

Lead and support a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overseeing all SAP FICO operations. Build, lead, and nurture high-performance FICO teams across global locations. Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP FICO and ensure adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the employee lifecycle, including hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, and compensation.
• Drive global strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth of the discipline.
• Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects in close collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage direct customer relationships regarding delivery, team performance, project timelines, and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of proven SAP FICO and leadership experience, with a track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success on multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and direct experience in customer-facing roles.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation.
• English fluency at B2+ level or higher.
