Senior Data Scientist

Project / Role

• Design and optimize ML models for CTR, CVR, and RoAS prediction.
• Build deep learning solutions combining user, product, and placement signals.
• Own the full ML lifecycle, from problem definition to production deployment.
• Develop models for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business teams.
• Mentor other Data Scientists and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Excellent Python skills, including Pandas and NumPy, and advanced SQL; BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience building and deploying production ML models end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, especially Vertex AI and Vertex Pipelines.
• Software engineering mindset: clean code, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
• STEM degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English level B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-latency ML systems.
• Advertising, recommendation, or ranking domain knowledge.
• CTR/CVR modeling experience.
• Knowledge of Gradient Boosted Trees.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
