A leading company in the financial services sector is looking for an experienced SDET / Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term project in Kraków. The role requires strong, recent, and continuous hands-on experience in test automation with Java, especially Selenium, REST Assured, and Cucumber.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java
- Build and maintain BDD automation using Cucumber
- Develop automated UI tests with Selenium
- Develop automated API tests using REST Assured
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases
- Perform database testing and data validation using SQL
- Analyze application logs and troubleshoot failed automated tests
- Investigate defects and collaborate with developers and other project stakeholders
- Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks
- Work with Git and build tools such as Maven/Ant
- Use tools such as Jira/Rally for defect, requirement, and test management
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years of relevant SDET / Test Automation experience
- Strong hands-on Java skills

- 18+ months of API automation with REST Assured and Java

- Strong SQL knowledge
